Not to worry, that's what the internet's for. Get a regular calorie book and use this formula:

1. start with calories
2. add 4 calories per gram of fat
3. subtract 10 calories per gram of fiber (up to a max of 4 grams)

4. Take that number and divide by 50, round up.

That gives you the points in any food.

Check dottisweightlosszone.com for basic information on produce, meats, and other staples, as well as extensive point information for restaurants.

Glad you clarified. I figured you were teasing, but I dunno, maybe you'd bought stock in WW? Or gotten religion about how we have to do the program just as it is sold or forget about it? There are those, you know...
