Snack ideas for brown bagging

Does anybody have any new/good finds for snacks to take to work or school?

I just now recently tried one of the 100 calorie snacks. I bought the graham crackers. They were good, just not enough. Some FF cream cheese would have hit the spot.

I'm going to tire of yogurt soon, I think. I always have it at work with me. I was hooked on Dannon Light French Vanilla, but now I've moved to Yoplait Light Boston Cream Pie and Orange Cream. MMMMM! Both of them are great.

Popcorn (Orville Reddenbachers and Pop Secret are 2 that I know of that have a snacksize bag for 2 points)

Quakes - mini flavored rice cakes (1-2 points per serving)

Fruit with some yogurt dip (sort of like the new Wendy's thing)

a piece of fruit

some Laughing Cow and triscuits or other crackers

a rollup made with a slice of lean ham, cream cheese and a pickle

I like to have alot of snack foods for lunch and so that it takes me a long time to eat my lunch. I will always have two different pieces of fruit, (One point each) a source yogurt - 50 CAL 1 POint, one cup already packaged light jello - 0 points (7 cal) , One big baggie of baby carrots - I count as a point cause I pack it in there! I always also make up the rest of my points for lunch with a breakfast bar - either ALL BRAN or RAISIN BRAN - 2 points each or a sandwich made with no fat cheese and ww bread which all together is 2 points. I always find my lunch satisfying and filling and ties me over to dinner

I like the baby carrots for a snack, too. I find if I eat them at my afternoon break I'm not ravenous when I get home from work. I also love the key lime yogurts, my favorites are yoplait and dannon. I saw they have yogurt with fiber now, Dannon I think, anyone try it? Definitely fruit for a snack too. Snack size raisins are good. I bought some small containers, I think they were ziploc, 1 cup size and buy canned lite fruit and make my own snack cups. It's a good size for nuts too. I like pistachios because shelling them slows you down :)

Has anyone tried the Oatmeal cranberry raisin cookies from risingdough.com they are fantastic, big, filling and only 2 points each. They have a bunch of other flavors all 3-4 points but these for 2 points really are great.

Goes down nice around 10 am with a cup of tea!

My daily goodie bag for work consists of...
Laughing Cow Cheese wedge and 8 Reduced Fat Wheat Thins (2 pts)
A piece of fruit (1pt)
Sugar Free Jello Pudding Cup (1 pt)

Sometimes I substitute with yogurt, popcorn, FiberOne cereal or these little Vanilla Chai Swirls that they are selling at our WW meetings. They are great with hot tea.

I always have a box of 100% bran cereal at work. It’s a great fill-up. I’m not thrilled with the taste, but it does the trick.

I always keep a basket of bananas, apples and oranges. (There’s always someone else with candy.)

I keep “giant salad” fixings in the fridge.

I keep V-8’s handy as well as “Slim-Fasts” for just-in-case.

Yogurt can be spruced up with a bit of pineapple or Grape-Nuts. (We have strawberries in season at the moment.)

I also keep pre-point-counted soups handy at work to heat up when needed.

For the persistant junk food snacker:

Fat Free Pringles - 15 chips 1 pt. (Olestra however)
Quakers Rice Snacks flavored - 10 cakes 2pts.
Yogurt - 2pts
Sugar Free Popsicles - (Just got these today, I can't imagine they are more than 2 pts but have to check yet.)
Jell-O Fruit Smoothie Cups - 2pts

Oh, and my sandwich.
FF Mayo
FF Bologna
FF Cheese
Brownberry Carb Counting Multi-Grain
TOTAL POINTS - 3
(I like it better with LITE Mayo) That turns it into 4 pts.

The cookies are avail at Jamba Juice locations, but you buy them on line at
risingdough.com

They are based out of Sacramento CA, (which is great when you live in CA) as they arrive in 1 day by UPS, the shipping is a bit expensive, but I'm telling you, they are worth it!!!

Also celery with peanut butter - yummy!
Cherry tomatoes
