Ok I am cooking chicken parmasean and if I count the points off of the can it says 0, also with the parmasean. The chicken is cooking in it....so do I coulnt ) points for it?? Confused!!!! :?:

What do you mean can?

Chicken in general is about 1 point per ounce cooked.
Cheese in general is about 3 points per ounce.
