What a small world!!! Hi HippyChick and slimdown. I will try to look for this "spectacular cheese" at some of the grocery stores around here....now that I know what I'm looking for....lol

So nice to meet fellow Canadians down here. Listen to this....my 2 sons just started to play soccer tonight, and both their teams...(different age levels) are team CANADA!!!! I can't wait to attend their games waving our
CANADA FLAG!! I was never so proud when the Canadian hockey teams won gold...I was shouting out our window.!!!

We only moved to NC last Dec, so we are still fairly new to the States. We just love it though. Dh was transferred down here. We used to live just outside of Ottawa....but I tell you....boy oh boy, is it HOT HERE OR WHAT??? Yikes, what a time with all this heat wave and all. Hope to see you again. bye

And yes, there is quite a difference in weather and temps isn't there!? You get even more heat and humidity than we do too. I've been to NC a few times...drink LOTS of water!

I like this cheese on melba toast - good for low point snack.

Another member suggested melting this on cauliflower & adding
parmasean cheese. This was very good.
