How many points a fruit n' yogurt parfait from McDonalds is?? I cheated today with that and I was trying to be
somewhat healthy, but I was unsure of points. TIA!!!

I beleive it is 5 points wothout the granola. And 7 points with it.

I have the recipe if you'd like to make it at home!

This recipe will make one parfait
1 container (small) Yoplait Vanilla Yogurt (fat free)
1/4 c of sugar free strawberries, can use fresh
1 tbsp blueberries
Sprinkle of lowfat, cruncy, 'maple' flavored granola

Pour 1/2 cup yougurt in a parfait or tall glass
Pour 1/4 cup strawberries on top
Add 1 Tbsp Blueberries
Pour 1/2 cup yogurt ontop
Sprinkle w/granola just prior to serving

You can make ahead and put in fridge, add granold just before serving.

Points aren't that much, and it actually is a good treat.
