Take a 1 step angel food cake mix + 20 oz can crushed pineapple in own juice; bake according to package (do not add additional water). Or add 1 can of lite cherry pie filling or light strawberry pie filling.
You can also add 1 package of sugar free jello and the correct amount of water for something different too.
24 cupcakes are 1 point a piece also because remember that 1 1-point serving + 1 1-point serving does not always = 2 points but sometimes 3. Actually they are 1.5 points if you make 24.
