Question about how many points I need to take in?
I'm nursing a 6 week old and I want to start doing WW again. I lost 23 pounds last year before I became pregnant with my second child. I never officially joined WW but a friend had told me how many points I needed to take in at my weight when I started last year and that's all I have to go on.
First of all, how many extra points should I consume if I breast feed? I'm not supplementing any formula at all at this time. Also, is there a chart showing how many points one is supposed to eating with the corresponding weight? This way, as I lose weight, I'll adjust my point intake to the appropriate amount. Right now I'm 204 (yuck) and I think I'm supposed to eat 22-29 points daily. Thanks so much!! |

A nursing mother between the weights of 200 - 224 lbs has a daily points range of 36. |
