I love blue cheese dressing! Now I am too cheap to use the real thing, because of the points issue, so does anyone have an alternative, and I am NOT fond of FAT FREE dressings.
Blue cheese lover! Thanks |
Look under the Misc recipe thread. I just pulled up a homemade Blue Cheese recipe for you. Let me know if you like it.

That is so funny that I just read this! I just got back from the trash can throwing out a whole bottle of Ken's Light Blue Cheese dressing!!!
I am not a fan of LF or FF dressings either, but I love Ken's Regular Blue Cheese so I thought I'd give it a try...BIG Mistake! I think I'll stick with buying regular Blue Cheese and putting it on the side and using a fork to dip it...at least it will taste good :) Oh, and thanks for pulling up that recipe, Paige, I'm going to try that! Thanks girls for the tips and recipies. I was talking to my friend about this blue cheese dressing deal and she suggested doing this......buy the crumbled blue cheese sprinkle it over your salad and then use like a vinegarette dressing. So, I am going to try that. Then there is always the way of the dressing on the side like one of you mentioned, which is good too.

I really like Ken's Lite Blue Cheese Dressing!! Of course IMO most "full fat" varieties are better then most "lite" dressings.

I was surprised that I didn't care for Ken's Light Bl. Cheese. I think I just had in my mind that I was expecting to taste the regular kind and when it was so different it surprised me :)
