lol. I wonder if there are any brands that weren't mentioned? I think spaghetti sauce is one of those foods that we all have a bit different reason for preferring one brand over another. For me, homemade or canned, it's gotta be SPICY!

the eggplant arriabiata (hope that is spelled correctly) at Traders Joes is my favorite spicey spag sauce. it's 1 pt for a half cup serving and just absolutely great.

I always look for the jarred sauces that are fat free- which means that they are made with only veggies- which means that they are 0 points! There's one organic brand-- I'm forgetting the name-- which is good, and I recently found a ragu light that is ff and 0 points. I like to dump on the sauce with pasta, and love not having to measure it out!

Homemade sauce is of course the best, but usually when I'm eating pasta and sauce I'm hungry and want immediate gratification!
