    I am having a tossed salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato) with 3 strips of grilled white meat chicken breast on top.

    How many points would you say this is?? (I'll calculate points for dressing later).

    Do you think the meat is 1 ounce?
    If so I'd count it as 1 point!
