  • What is your all time favourite recipe? Please give point values and any necessary cooking information. Mine? Low Fat Whole Wheat Blueberry Eggo dipped in a container of No Fat Yogurt. A delicious 2 points AND it counts as a calcium serving. Yum. Its great at night or for breakfast and doesn't eat up your points.
  • Chicken Creole
    Mine is Chicken Ceole over Uncle Ben's Converted Rice (made without butter or margarine or oil) - 1 cup of creole + 1/2 a cup of rice 2 1/2 points.
