maintenance points
I am doing ww on my own at home. I am a Lifetime member from some time ago. I am aware of the point ranges for weight loss, but am approaching goal and need to know what point range is necessary for maintenance. Can anyone fill me in? Thanks!

You start by adding 4 points a day to your ending TPs and you still get 35 FPs and any APs you earn. The next week if you gained you take away 1 or 2 and if you lost you add 1 or 2. Do this until you are no longer gaining or losing.
