Default Question about pan juice

Heres my Q

If they were skinless when you put them in the pan, then there should not have been much fat to drain off, and so the juice probably was mainly broth. I honestly would not count it at all, because it would be such few calories. If you must, then I wouldn't go over one point extra.

Just my opinion

Agreed it is just like making homemade broth. And for the most part (unless you use excessive amounts for each individual serving) it is a freebie.
