Does anyone know how many points are in one Kiss? I just ate 16 and I am afraid I have done a lot of damage (but not exactly sure how much yet). I have my food book at home but (arrgh!) I am at work!

8 plain chocolate kisses are 5 pts, so you ate a total of 10 points. Hopefully, you had the points to spare. if not, do what I did the other day when I got hold of the Reese's peanut butter eggs, jump back on the wagon and keep heading on!

BTW, how'd you stop at 16? I can't stop on those, so I just have to avoid them.

I ate 10 points?!?!? I didn't think it was THAT bad. I stopped at 16, not because I had some great bought of will-power, but because that was all that was left in the candy dish (how sad am I?).

I ate 4 points this morning. 7 points for lunch. And 10 points in kisses, for a grand total of 21 points (luckily my point range is 24-29). I will have to get creative for dinner tonight.
