Great zero point dessert
 

Here's a couple tips: one for anybody who has a hard time drinking their water because they hate the taste....like me. Fruit 2 O....it's flavored water and sweetened with Splenda. I have found it in cases with a mix of flavors at my local warehouse (like Costco or Sam's, but it is called BJ's here). You can also buy it Wal-Mart in 6-packs of any one flavor.

Tip #2: the same company has just come out with Fruit 2 O Ice. It is a frozen dessert, also sweetened with Splenda and comes in Rasberry and Lemon so far. It is zero points and is like an Italian Ice. They are great! and very refreshing on a hot summer day after working out or gardening.
