I am trying to break down a recipe so that I can figure out WW points. But, the amounts given are bulk and have not found any site to give me the nutritional value in these amounts. Specifically looking for:
1 pound FF cottage cheese
1 stick Margarine (1/4 lb) and
1/2 cup baking mix (Bisquick)
Would appreciate any help available.
