I just thought I'd stop by here, I'm not a "member" of Weight Watchers, I used to be, but now that I'm back on a diet I'm using the poinbt system just not going to meetings or anything.

I wanted to share what I had for lunch, becuase it was great and low point and I thought maybe some of you would like to give it a try. It's the trim trio at Chik-Fil-A...It comes with a grilled Chicken Sandwich on a wheat bun with a fruit cup and a water...for a total of 6 points all together. And it tastes great. Just wanted to let you know if you haven't seen it yet! :)

Chick Fli A has a lot of low pt things on thier menu.
And whats great about it is they are good tasting too!

I agree. The charbroiled sandwich and fruit were really good. Applebees has a decent menu with WW items too!! :) :)
