Does everyone know you can use coupons at Trader Joes? The few times I have, have been treated as if I was bringing in bogus dollar bills or something! Has anyone else had this experience? Yesterday I just had had enough and asked, 'If you say you accept coupons, why do you make it such a big deal?"

No Debbie , I didn't realise you could use coupons at Trader Joes . What was their response , when you said that ? A coupon shouldn't be a big deal . They usually just scan them , at other stores . I love Trader Joes , but like anywhere else , there is always someone who thinks they're above their job . I occasionally go to the Federal Way store , i'll make sure I take a pile of coupons next time .

I've used my Kashi coupons at Trader Joes and never had a problem. Kashi headquarters is right here in San Diego, I don't know if that makes a difference or not. T J's here does not scan their products, they ring them up the old fashion way.
