am i doing it wrong?
Hi. I've just started doing WW. I don't go to meetings, I don't do it online, I just do it from home, a friend of mine has given me a book with points. I weigh 97 kg and I've calculated my daily intake of points to be 24-29 points. Is this correct or am I doing it completely wrong? :?:

Actually now we no longer have a range. The program is still basically the same you have a minimum a day to reach in both programs but the ranges have been done away with and those points are now called FlexPoints.
Your minimum points (now calked TargetPoints) are: 149.9 and under - 20 150-174.9 - 22 175 - 199.9 - 24 200 - 224.9 - 26 225 - 249.9 - 28 The FlexPoints are 35 Points a week. As you use them you track them to see how many you have left. You can use as many a day as you want but once they are gone they are gone. You also do not have to use them. You can also earn ActivityPoints that you can use for food but those must be used on the day you earn them. It is based on intensity * current weight * time done. I have some formulas if you don't have the Activity PointsFinder. You use up your TPs first then if you have APs you use them then you use an FPs if you need them. |
