Hi all. I'm new here, just getting used to the boards, searching a lot. I have one question for you: Does anyone know how many points per handful is normal, air-popped popcorn? I've done a search about it, and saw that you all mention different brands of microwave popped popcorn. I'm using regular popcorn, air-popped in a special appliance. Can someone help?

it will help you with a lot of nutritional information but it states average of all brands of airpopped popcorn per cup is 31 cal/.3 fat/1.2 fiber

How does that calculate into points? In general, how are points calculated?

POINTS = (calories/50) + (fat grams/12) - (fiber grams<capped at 4 grams>/5)
