Can someone help me figure out the points per serving on a cake I had to make.?
Its only four ingredients: 10 oz of semisweet chocolate (each ounce is 140 cal, 8 gr fat, 0 fiber) 4 oz. butter 1 cup sugar 8 eggs Thanks! Its a passover recipe, and while doubtful I will be able to partake of this yummy florless cake, Id like to know the points per slice. The cake serves 10. |

The chocolate is 40 points (each ounce of chocolate is 4 points)
Each egg is two points x 8 = 16 points The butter is 24 points (each tablespoon is 3 points, there are 8 tablespoons in 4 ounces) the sugar is 16 points. So, 16+24+16+40=96 points for the whole thing. Assuming it serves 12 people, it's 8 points per serving. |
