"Protein" Plan
Several times I have seen mentioned the "protein" plan. I do not have recent WW materials and I wondered if someone would tell me exactly what this is. Do you just use as many points as possible for protein foods, or is there a structured plan to follow? Would appreciate all and any input. Thanks.
