OOPS! I think I screwed up...
I ate a taco salad at Taco Bell for lunch (no shell) it had about 1/4c meat and 1/4 cup of refried beans and maybe 1-2 oz of cheese the rest is veggies. I can't see where that would be 16 pts (according to DWLZ). I do nto have my book with me can someone help me. UGH if that is right I only have 4 pts left for the day and 28 flex left until Sunday.. Help me.

I believe the 16 pts is with the shell. It's something like 8 pts w/o the shell. I thought it was listed both ways on Dotti's site?

Her site does day 16 w/o shell but I just can see where that would be correct. Seems high.

Do ya'll ever think about going to the source to get information rather than relying on a site (even though it is there to help).
www.tacobell.com With Shell = 790 cal/42 fat/13 fiber = 19 points Without Shell = 420 cal/21 fat/12 fiber = 9 points And when reading sites sometimes it is best to double check what we read (LOL): cut and pasted directly from Dotti's site: "Taco Salad w/Salsa (790 cal/42 g fat/13 g fiber/73 g carbs) 16.5 (18.5) Taco Salad w/Salsa w/o Shell (420 cal/21 g fat/11 g fiber/33 g carbs) 8 (9.5)" |
