Carvel points
I bought a bunch of containers of Carvel fat-free ice cream, in chocolate cookie dough, chocolate with crunchies, and chocolate with black cherry. The only thing is, they all have the same nutrition facts (even as plain chcolate!) and logic dictates that this can't be, if you add cookie dough to something it has to be more fattening, right? So my question is, does anyone know the points or nutrtion facts or any information of these ice creams? I'm just dying to dig into them but i don't want to unless I know the points...

Don't forget when you add an ingredient it takes away some of the other ingredients. We have to have trust in the labeling as most manufacturers don't intentionally mislabel the items. Yes it does happen but most manufacturers need the customers and they aren't going to intentionally mislead us.

I see, that's a good point. It just made me suspicious because it's the same nutrition label for all of the flavors, with, for example "w/cookie dough" written over it in Sharpie. Oh well. Thank you.
