What is the difference b/w flex points and the older point system?
A friend and I have decided to try weight watchers so far as diet goes as we have been working out a lot. She used to be a member, but when she went the older point system was used. We cannot pay te fees to join, but were both wondering what is the diiference b/w the 2 point systems, and is one better than the other or will that vary from person to person?
Thank in advance! |
Both of the programs are exactly the same with 2 'major' changes: 1) You (if you choose to use them) have to use your AP on the day earned and 2) they gave you back 2 points a day (14 points a week) from a time (1-2-3 Success) when people were more successful with less plateaus/stalls
The same things are: 1) you still have a minimum point to reach but it is now called a target point 2) you still have a range to use if you divide the 35 flex points by 7 to give you that 5 point spread (you can then bank what you don't use back into your flexpoints) 3) you still have banked points but they are called flex points and given to you up front instead of having to deposit them yourself 4) you still need your veggies/fruits 5) you still need your dairy 6) you still need your water 7) you still need your activity |
Differences
The big difference is no more banking.
Here's the gist:
It's pretty simple, overall. |
