Cool The ORIGINAL Points System (1998)

This is the program that started with 5 point range and there were no other additional weekly points....you either ate all of them that day or didn't...

I reached my goal weight on this back in 1996 and maintained it until the program changed in 2008-2009. I worked for WW for 13 years and know the various programs however cannot locate online or otherwise the old week one program information (with the foods specifically).

I just started again yesterday and am hoping someone has the original book one....if someone has this or knows how I could get the information - I'd appreciate it.. Thanks so much!

thrift shops that sell books are sometimes an option also. I've found a couple of cookbooks and program books in our local one. WW is pretty vigilant about monitoring online sites and squashing anyone who tries to give out program details so I'd suggest cruising the book arenas.

I just began the old pts WW yesterday. I had done it years ago and it worked. There are online calculators if you google "old weight watchers points calculator" then you don't have to guess how many pts. Hope that helped. Good luck!
