Default Tony Chachere's Red Beans and Rice Mix

I was on DWLZ and saw that an entire box of Tony Chachere's Red Beans and Rice Mix was 2 pts. How is that? Is this correct? If it is WOW! Yummy, Yummy.

Could it be because the fiber is so high?

TIA!
Tammy

Default

The box says one serving contains 100 calories, 0 fat, and 8 grams fiber (counting only 4 grams per WW). This would equal 1 point. This is just for the mix from the box, made without adding any margarine while cooking.

How many servings are in the box? (the online label didn't say)

If there are 3 servings, and you ate the whole box in one meal, that would be 300 calories, and still only 4 grams fiber since it's a single serving, so that would be 5 points. If there are 4 servings, it would be 7 points.
