I have 20 pts a day also. You use your 20 points, and even if you use under 20 pts you are still only allowed 35 flex-points. You can spread them up evenly over the week (5 xtra points a day+25 pts a day) or all at once ( 35 flex-points plus 20 target points + 55 pts.) Once you've used them all, you cna't have any more until the next week. And if you exercise you get to add extra points and DON'T have to subtract them from you flexpoints.

Everyone. Regardless of their weight - gets 35 flex points.
For your weight . Your target number is 20. And you must have 20 points . Don't go under. Then you have your 35 flex points that you can use all of, some of , or none at all. Also.You can use your AP's for food points. But you must use them on the day you earn them. |

Your min is 20 points. You may also eat any AP that you earn in that day. You can not bank AP. However, you have 35 flex points to use during the week at your discretion. I think that is it in a nutshell. |

I was really hungry yesterday morning....that will not be happening again! I love the pumpkin chip...and I'm about out, I think I'll go ahad and order.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! To all that answered my post regarding the number of points I got. You guys are the best. And I especially love you because it looks like an extra 2 points per day if I spread them out --prev plan 18-23 but looks like now get average of 25 per day if spread the flex points evenly throughout the week!!! And you all know how important those extra 2 points can be somedays!!! Thank you thank you thank you once again!
