here are a few sites i've found for crockpot recipes. they don't all have nutritional info but there are usually only a few ingredients so it's not hard to figure out points. can you tell i use crockpots ALL THE TIME? ;-)

JoAnna Lund (Healthy Exchanges) has a fairly new crockpot cookbook - A Potful of Recipes - which all have nutritional information, so point calculations are easy.

I love her stuff - it's all very simple and good. I made a chicken/rice crockpot dinner a couple of days ago - simple and delicious, and I'm not a great cook.

Try her website at www.healthyexchanges.com

A WW Crockpot site

Here's a good site. It's a fairly new one. Lots of support, tips, friendly people, most recipes have points and there are also other recipes besides crockpot.

Come for a visit, you will be welcome!!!

Diane, I have tried to join the crockpot group at yahoo. I filled out the information, but it says membership is pending, what does that mean? i teach, and use my crockpot a lot, plus being on WW. I would really like to be able to access this sight. Any help will be greatly appreicated.

Diane was talking about a list that I moderate/own at yahoogroups. It's called [email protected] These are low calorie crockpot recipes plus it's a support group for those primarily utilizing weight watchers and crockpot. There are however, recipes that are weight watchers but, for the oven etc. It is a high volume list so, you might want to go to web view only and access through the internet or go to digest mode. Digest mode will give you about 1-2 emails with all the emails sent to the list combined into one email.

To subscribe, send a blank email to:
[email protected]

If you want digest mode after sending the subscription email, then, send a second blank email to:
[email protected]

If you want to go web view only after sending the subscription email first, then, send a second blank email to:
[email protected]

To unsubscribe, send a blank email to:
[email protected]

To contact the list owner send an email to:
[email protected]

Thanks Diane for passing on the word and anyone else, please feel free to let others know of the group as well. That's how the group initially started was by word of mouth. :)

susan_tx or anyone else trying the instructions above and it's still not working, please send an email to me at: [email protected]

Hope you're having a great week and hope to see you at the wwwcrockpot site.

I like the crockpot section on the weight watchers message/food talk board. Here it is so ya can just click away:

http://www.weightwatchers.com/commun...ewchange=chron

Whew! :dizzy: I didn't realize the url was so long! (I have it bookmarked) You can go to www.weightwatchers.com; then click on 'community', then message boards', then 'food talk', then go to page 2 and click on the 'crockpot recipes started by whoiam. Most recipes have the ww points listed.
