struggling to eat my daily points
On any given day, I'm finding it difficult to eat my allotted points. (I get 54ppts a day based on my height and weight). Most days, I finish with 15-20 points left over, and I'm not starving myself! I feel like I'm pretty good at balancing my protein throughout the day, and I usually have 3-4 servings of fruit and 2-3 veg. I know that this technically isn't a bad thing but I just worry that as I lose weight and my points allowance decreases, I'm going to hit a plateau faster because I've only been eating 35 points a day from the start. Any advise?
