Campbells hearty noodle calories?

  • Does anyone have the calories for Campbells hearty noodle cups? Any flavour? They don't have the nutritional info on them? Any help would be much appreciated. In Canada they aren't required to put Nutritional info. It makes it so hard!

  • This is What I Have
Well I have a can of Campbell's Readu to Serve Classic Vegetable. It says 80 Calories, .5 grams fat, 790 mg Sodium, 2 grams of Dietary Fiber per 1 Cup.

    Hope this helps.
  • Thanks
I have those soups as well and they do have the nutritional info on them These are the noodle cups kind of like Mr.noodles. They are really good but I just can't find the nutritional info. Thanks.
  • I'm fairly sure the regular are 50, the hearty noodle are 60, and the creamy chicken vegetable are 80.

    That's from memory - but I eat those a lot - I think they're really filling.

If I see otherwise when I get home, I'll post it.

  • Sarah,
Are these like ramen noodles? We don't have Mr. Noodles either, so I'm still not sure. We have several types of ramen noodles that come in a styrofoam cup and you add water--is that what you've got?

If so, there are two sizes. A little cup (sold in twin packs usually--like about the size of a small cup of coffee at a convenience store) has 150 calories and the big cup (would be quite a large cup of coffee) has 300 cal. The fat content is pretty high--I'm thinking the points come out to 7 for the big cup. Unless you've got the kind that's "baked, not fried"--I'd assume it would be rather clearly labeled as such because that's the selling point.

My kids just love these. Actually, during a very successful calorie-counting weight loss journey several years back, I had one of the little ones for lunch each day. Just kept adding more and more water until it wasn't salty any longer--made quite a filling amount of soup. The points formula does dock you heavily for the fat, but it's still not a dreadful choice unless you need to watch your sodium.

Beth, I'm thinking those values you're recalling must be for cup-a-soup? The hearty ones are about 60, as you say.
