App issues

Just joined two weeks ago...took a week to be able to log in and many frustrating emails and finally a phone call after a 22 minute wait!!! Now I find because I use iphone and iPad exclusively that I can't track activity!!! When my two months run out I am leaving....

I have a laptop, but I use my ipad and iopd 95% of the time. To track activity on the ipad or ipod (I'm guessing iphone is the same) click on the shoe and you can search for your activity. Then it ask for number of minutes. Am I misunderstanding? Alice
