I like that the new way incorporates protein rather than calories. Because fruit is zero, it makes my green smoothies easier to calculate. Also I choose fruit more often than other small sweet snacks. I do have a tendency to overdo the fruit so I considered adding a point for each fruit after the third one of the day.
