Flex Points on Multi-Serving Containers
Hello everyone!
I don't think I ever knew the answer to this from doing WW Flex back in 1999-2001... If you have a "family size" container of hummus, 17 servings of 2 Tb. each, would you calculate your Points by the individual 2 Tb. serving: Calories: 70 Fat: 5 grams Fiber: 2 grams --------------------------------- 1 Point x 17 = 17 Points total Or by the whole container? Calories: 1190 Fat: 85 grams Fiber: 34 grams --------------------------------- 30 Points for whole tub Quite a difference! I'm thinking it's due to the "4 or more" grams of Fiber formula wiping out the extra Fiber in the whole tub. So yeah, I just ate a whole tub of hummus for lunch/dinner with mixed raw vegetables :lol: What would you go by? Thank you for your advice! :) |
If you ate the whole tub at one sitting, you'll have to take the hit for the tub. 30 points.
