Breakfast help needed!!
I have been on the WW program for 9 weeks. (doing well!!) But, one of the problems I have is breakfast. I have to get up early, and leave my house at 6:30am. Way too early to eat first! My usual breakfast is yogurt with Kashi Crunch cereal and some kind of fuit. This is good, it helps me get in my dairy. I am getting a little bored. On the week-end, I eat cereal with toast, or waffles, or anything besides yogert with Kashi Crunch! I do not do eggs. I have bought fat free muffins, they are good. But, I want to eat something that has more protien, something that will fill me up and stay for a while. (if you know what I mean!) Do you have any suggestions? I would appreciate the help:cool:
