How many calories do point ranges represent?

Hi, I am just trying to find out what an approximate calorie count would be for the 24-29 range-1500??
Thanks:)

It is a little tricky depending on fiber/fat...all that stuff, but figuring 50 cals per point, it calculates to 1200 to 1450.

Point Range (123 Success Points) Converted to Calories
(This isn't always 100% true because of fiber)

18-25 points = 1050-1400 calories
20-27 points = 1150-1500 calories
22-29 points = 1250-1600 calories
24-31 points = 1350-1700 calories
26-33 points = 1450-1800 calories
28-35 points = 1550-1900 calories

Subtract 100 cal on high end for Winning Points and remember this does not account for fat or fiber or the 250 calories that w/w build into the program for freebies and free veggies

Kelly,

I forget what the differencs is between 123 Success Points and Winning Points?

I think it's 2 points on the top end of the range, right?

I was thinking back to the personal selection plan yesterday, it may sound funny because I know that I could eat the same using points, but that was really the only plan that I lost a significant amount of weight on. I threw out the materials a long time ago.

Thank you, that's the kind of ballpark figures I was looking for!

Major changes between 1-2-3 and Winning Points were the 2 points knocked off the top end of the range and capping fiber at 4 grams.
