Am I doing my points right?

I have been a WW online member for months but I have just very recently became serious about it.
I am not sure if I am doing my points right.
For example, for lunch today I had a taco.
I went to the recipe builder and put in all the ingredients.
4 oz ground beef
Taco Seasoning
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream
Salsa
Onions
Tomato

It all came out to 15 PointsPlus points, does that sound about right?

And my salad for dinner came out to 7 points.

I just want to make sure I am adding these right.

Thanks

Thank you.. I was thinking the same thing about it being high because a fast food taco is only 3 points according to WW online. I did use full fat cheese and sour cream, they were 5 points together.

I wouldn't put any of the 0 point items in the recipe builder. It uses all the nutritional info and assigns points to things that WW has said are 0 so you're getting "charged" for more than the points would be if you tracked them individually. Personally, I don't put anything in the recipe builder that isn't items getting transformed into something else - meatloaf or a cake or something like that. I'd track items that go into a taco or a salad or a sandwich individually in the tracker.
