weight watchers turkey muffin
 

I recently attended a ww meeting. Some one mentioned a recepie for tureky muffins using 2 lbs groung turkey, pkg of stuffing mix, 2 egg whites and one cup of water. What I did not find out is how may muffins this makes. Each one is to have a 2 point value. If anyone knows please share. Thankyou

Yuck, that sounds gross! Maybe check the WW website?

Really, its much like a turkey meatloaf. I have made something similar, but it would benefit highly from some chili sauce and minced veggies (onions, carrots, pepper).

Sort of like a hi protein hockey puck. :)
