Exclamation WW points calculating for dry vs. cooked

I just started the WW points plus program and have what is probably a simple question but I'm a newbee Can anyone tell me how do I calculate rice points? For example, it says that for a 100g portion, the rice I'm looking at is a given amount of fat, carbs, fibre and protein...what I want to know is, do I measure the 100g portion COOKED or in DRY form for the total points. It adds up to 10 pts so is that 10pts for 100g (1/4 cup almost) dry or is the 10pts for the 1.5 - 2 cups cooked that I get from the dry 1/4 cup?

They are the same. 1 cup of cooked rice is 5 pts so if 100g makes 2 cups then that's 10pts. The online tracker gives you the ability to choose between rice uncooked and cooked. So you can choose when you want to weigh.
