Dunkin Donuts has posted the nutrional information on their website. I've already calculated the points for some of my favorites. This really helps because DD isn't listed in the dining out points guide.

I knew there was a reason why their vanilla chai tasted so much sweeter than others I've tried....31g of sugar! :dizzy:

Some quick points calcs I did:

• 10oz coffee with cream - 2 points
• vanilla chai - 5 points
• coffee coolatta (made w/ milk) - 5 points
• 3 chocolate munchkins - 5 points
• 5 glazed munchkins - 5 points
• 5 jelly filled munchkins - 5 points
• plain bagel - 7 points

I haven't had many posts...I started WW a few months ago and have lost about 15 lbs. The commitment I had at the beginning has faded a little, but I think it might be making a comeback!
