I am new the site and would like to know what is the best way for diet support. I want to go on WW :)

What I do is check this forum every time I log on. I look for new topics that relate to Weight Watchers and have read through some of the old ones particularly since the new plan came out at the end of November. I also personally check new posts in other forums when I get on to see if there are interesting posts I want to respond to.

Since I follow WW I probably post here the most but there are other more general forums that I follow as well.
