Hello everyone. So I started off trying to break my bad eating habits by drinking Slim Fast shakes for two meals a day. I have since switched to WW, but really love my shakes, so still drink them and just count points for them (4 each with soy milk) I'm just wondering if anyone else drinks these types of drinks. I never see anyone mention them. For some reason I think I should switch to "real food" but they really keep me pretty full until snack time and curb my chocolate cravings too.
