4th of July Menu?
 

I'm just curious what everyone is serving for 4th of July? I'm attending a BBQ and I think I'm going to bring:
- Chicken and Veggie kabobs
- Fruit
- ww pasta salad
-crystal light cocktails

These are all foods I can eat and remain on plan but I feel like my contribution is a little boring and wanted to see what everyone else is cookin' up!

hey!! well i'm celebraiting Canada Day (July 1st) and I am going to make portabela mushroom cap burgers, grilled protabela in place of a burger (i brush them with a little EVOO and sprinkle of pepper), on a ww bun and topped with diced tomato, black olive, onion, cucumber, and a little bit of feta (optional) very delicious! i mix up the veggies before i head out!

That sounds amazing Aubrey. Thanks, this would be a good option for all my vegetarian friends too!
