Joanna Lund Recipes

Has anyone ever tried the recipes in these cookbooks? If so, are they any good?

Hi:

I have a couple of her cookbooks, both are heart-healthy and diabetic friendly. They give the diabetic values, and since I am a diabetic I found them quite helpful.

I have loaned them both out so I am not looking at them right now.

Actually I hadn't loaned the books out, I found them just now.

So . . .

The books I have are "The Heart Smart Cookbook" and "The Diabetic's Healthy Exchanges Cookbook."

Both books list the exchanges for the recipes, I have used many of the recipes, and I do recommend both books.
