Default Fruits/Veg w/ points

I haev been trying to eat only raw foods....uncooked vegetables and fruit, some nuts.

I kind of understand the point system, but was wondering if you think it is possible to do this type of eating on WW. I don't like eating all you want on raw foods, so I thought this could be a mix of the 2.

I understand the idea of points, but do not have a list of what equals what, so it makes it a little difficult to compare. Given your experience, any advice on of this would be a good plan? Thanks

So I haven't tried Weight Watchers, but it seems like it could work if you just add up the points in the raw foods you're eating and as long as you're not eating too much or too little. As far as knowing how many points are in the foods, I've seen Weight Watchers Points Calculators online. Just try googling weight watchers points calculator and something will come up. You have to enter calories, fat, and fiber and it will give you WW points. I just tried it with a Yo Plus yogurt (110 cal. 1.5g fat and 3g fiber) and it calculated it as 2 points. I counted calories for a long time, and this seems like it would be the same basic idea just points instead of calories. Hope this helps.
