Default Cooking with Oil

I couldn't find a definitive answer on the WWO site, so I figured I'd ask here. If I use two teaspoons of healthy oil in the pan when cooking a piece of fish will that count as my oil for the day, or is a lot of that left behind after cooking and therefore not being consumed?

From what I understand, YES that counts as your daily oil..Make sure to count the two points..Many on WW save their oil though for salad dressing..
