Watermelon crisis.
Ok, I have been craving watermelon and I bought a half of one at the store. It wasn't the typical oval/watermelon type. It was literally the size of a basketball. I bought half of that.
I took the half, and cut it in half, so I had a big wedge. Can anyone guestimate for me, the calories, fat and fiber. I record those as well as the points. I tried to imagine how many cups were in it, but I have no idea. I was too hungry to cut and measure. :nono: I think, it wasn't as healthy as I thought. Dang it. Any help would be appreciated. Just let me know, if it was YOU, how would you calculate it. Tiff |
What was the size of the wedge. You can measure that and figure from there. I think 1 1/2 cups of watermelon is 1 point.

Personally I don't worry about eating alittle more fruit in my week. I didn't get fat eating watermelon!
Seriously though......you probably ate 2pts worth. To me that is better than eating 2pts worth of chips! Don't let it get you down! Tara :spin: |
