Points in soynuts ???
 

I just joined WW yesterday and this site two days ago.

I am a vegan, and enjoy soynuts. I was wondering if anybody knew the point value of them ( 1 ounce serving ).

I googled ' points in soynuts ' and found one site and she wrote 1 point for 1 ounce, does that sound right to you all ??

As they say if it looks too good to be true it probably is, applies here.

I did a bit more googling on soynuts and everywhere said 3 points for 1 ounce, so I figured only 1 point was too good to be true.

sigh................
