Eating Out Help Needed
TURKEY BURGER
spinach, avocado, big eye
swiss cheese, tomato, “secret
sauce”, whole wheat bun
GRILLED MAHI MAHI
homemade pickles, dill tartar
sauce, napa cabbage, sesame
brioche bun
I am eating at a local restaraunt for lunch tomorrow (no on-line nutritional info). Which of the above menu items do you think would be best? I'd leave off any cheese and any sauce. How would you estimate the points?
