Default T.G.I. Friday's Nutritional Information Not Found
I'm trying to diet YET AGAIN. Today is my first night out since starting, planning on going to dinner and the movies. T.G.I. Friday's is the closest place to eat. I checked their website and see they have small portion options. I have been looking for the points for the Penne with Chicken and Sausage. Does anyone know where I can find the points for this menu and other Friday's items? Thanks.

Have you tried www.dwlz.com, if they don't have it then TGI Friday's probably does not publish the information.

You could try to figure out the info on the penne with chicken and sausage from the recipe items, I wouldn't picture it being a low point item with pasta, sausage and most likely oils for cooking...

search on dottie's weight loss zone and you'll see tons of info you'll want to use.

Tons of restaurants listed and Fridays is one of them!
